Extract filter in PSP -> Plugins
Open your tube in PSP
Font in Windows font folder
if you want the font, Take copy of
it and put it into
your font folder in your PSP
Let us begin:
Open Image 600x450
Foreground color #5288b5
Background Color #90c0e8
Flood Fill your Image, With foreground color #5288b5
leyers - New rast leyer
Flood fill with background color
#90c0e8
leyers - Load /save mask Load
With these settings.
Leyers - Merge - Merge Group
Leyers - New Raster Leyer
Text Tool
Foreground color #5288b5
Background color #90c0e8
with these settings.
Enter your name
Convert to raster leyer
Effect - 3D Effect - Drop Shadows
with these settings.
Selections - Select all
Selections - Modify - contract
with these settings.
Selections - Invert
Flood fill with color: #5288b5
Effect - 3D Effect - drop shadows
with the same settings as before
Selections - Select none
Activity group leyers
Use the magic wand, and then in
center of the mask
Selections - Modify - Expand
with these settings.
Open Picketfence - Sandi tube
Edit - Copy
Active your Image
Edit - Paste - Paste into selection
Let it ever selectied
Now the snow will be made
Close background leyers
leyers - New raster leyer
Effect - Plugin - VDL Adrenaline - snowflakes
with these settings.
Selections - select none
Edit - copy Merged
Open Animations shop
Edit - Paste - Paste as new Animation
Back to PSP
undo 1 time
Effekts - Plugin - VDL Adrenaline - snowflakes
random seed to 9999
Selections - select none
Edit - copy Merged
Back to AS
paste after current frame
Back to PSP
Undo 1 time
Effekts - Plugin - VDL Adrenaline - snowflakes
random seed to 4500
Selections - select none
Edit - copy Merged
Back to AS
paste after current frame
Your image is finished, and you can save it to gif.
