Extract filter in PSP -> Plugins
open your tube in PSP

Let us begin:

Open Image 600 x 500
Fill with color # 2080d0

Filter Screen Work - Dot Screen

Open SS_1065_Missed tube
Edit-copy
Edit-paste-paste new leyer

Adjust - Hue and saturation - colorize
with these settings.

Open sd-RockChick_lamLethal tube
Edit-copy
Edit-paste-paste new leyer
Move the same as the finished Image,

Or take it where you want.
Effect - 3D Effect - Drop shadows
with these settings.

Open Love Text
Edit - Copy
Edit - paste - Paste new leyer
Adjust - Hue and saturation - colorize
with the same settings as before.
Text Tool, type your name with
Foreground color # 88b3d1 and
Background color # 2080d0
I've used Elephant font
You can use a font you like to your name,
With these settings.

Effect - 3D effects - drop shadows with the
same settings as before
Move your name where you want it.
Image - Add borders 2px with color # fed47a
Magic wand - Effect - 3D Effect – Inner Bevel with
These settings.

Click ok.
Selections - Select None.
Image - Add 15px border with color # 2080d0
Magic wand - Filter Screen Work - Dot Screen.
Selections - Select none.
Image - Add borders 2px with color # fed47a
Magic wand Effect - 3D Effect - Inner bevel with
same settings as before.
Selections - Select None.
Edit - copy your image.
Open animation shop
Edit - Paste - As new animations
Edit - Duplicate selectied - Three times
to you have four.
if you get five, click on your Image and delete the
in your keyboard, then you get 4.
Open heart animation - Edit - select all - copy
turn down the animation
Edit - select all - Edit - paste - Into selection frame.
Now we are finished with the Image.
Save it as a gif.
