Lady in City !

This tutorial is designed and written by me.
Any resemblance to other Tutorials is coincidental.
I've used Paint Shop Pro 9, But you can use other versions also.

Let us begin:

Open Image 650 x 500
Foreground color # 0a2468
Background color # 7070b8
Flood fill with your gradient with these settings.

Leyers - New Raster Leyer
Flood fill with foreground color # 7070b8
Leyers - Load / save mask
with these settings.

Leyers - Merge - Merge Group

Effect - 3D Effect - Drop shadows
with these settings.

Open LisaG_Tubes_ SeriesMisted_Cityscape033_Oregion tube
Edit - copy
Activity your image, Edit - Paste - Paste as new leyer.
Adjust - Hue and saturation - colorize
With these settings.

Effect - 3D Effect - Drop shadows with the same settings as before.

Open Vrouw32 tube
Edit - copy
Activity your Image.

 
Edit - paste - paste as new leyer.
Image - Resize with these settings.

Open Pyna_kit_Renda_tag2 tube
Edit - copy

Activity your image
Edit - paste - paste as new leyer

Adjust - Hue and Saturation with the same settings as before.

Open iloveyou text tube
Edit - copy

Activity your image
Edit - paste - paste as new leyer

Move the text There you want it.

Monti Open Heart Rivetshapet tube
Edit - copy

Activity image, Edit - paste - paste as new leyer

Image - Resize with the same settings as before.

 
Adjust - Hue and saturation-colorize with the same settings as before.

Leyers - duplicate

Move so the one extra heart to the page that there is no heart.

Add your name, I have used
color # 051235, with these settings.

But you can use a different blue and settings if you want it.

Effect - 3D effects - drop shadows with the same settings as before.

So should we make the border around the image,

Image - add borders - 2 px, and with black color.

Now is your picture done so then you can save it in jpg image.
